Positive: Andres was very helpful and answered all our questions immediately. The location by the ocean is fantastic! We also enjoyed the fish restaurant next door. Negative: A few of the appliances could use a little more explanation for use.

Enjoyed the private pool overlooking the ocean. Location of the facility was perfect. Paul do Mar is a very nice quiet place great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Premises was not as clean as what we expected. Upon entering it looked in order but we noticed lots of dust and dirt under furniture. Cleaners should move furniture to ensure everything is clean prior to next guest arrival. We did have a rodent issue which can happen due to the time of year (fall season) isolated incident however we did appreciate how quickly the host responsed to rectify the situation Beds were not comfortable they were very hard to sleep on. We did love the location as it was walking distance to restaurant and grocery store. We rented for 10 days (4 adults) and ran out of some amenities such as coffee pods toilet paper and paper towels, we had to repurchase some items which in my opinion should have been provided. Host responses were very quick and usually responded within the hour of sending an email. Overall we enjoyed our stay
